Design Problem
Chadwyk Teas needed a packaging system for its new line of organic loose teas marketed at average people who are new to the loose tea experience.
Solution
Chadwyk Teas is an environmentally friendly company so it was important to create packaging that was just as sustainable. The final design is assembled without any adhesives and the food grade coating on the inside of the packaging is made from corn. The artwork features tea leaves at specific stages of development that relate to the product inside.

Exploded View
All four sides of the packaging. The front is the main label and product identifier. One side presents information about the tea variety and its ingredients. The other side has preparation instructions. On the back is information about Chadwyk Teas.
Product Varieties
Front view of the packaging of each of the four varieties of tea. Each panel features an image of the tea leaves at the stage in which they are picked to produce that particular tea, they are also colored based on the colors customers think of for that variety.
