Design Problem

Crafts by Joy started out as an outlet for the founder’s hobby. The company has grown considerably since then and needed a proper branding system to represent the company as well as an online presence to meet the consumers’ demands.

Solution

The final branding features Crafts by Joy’s signature product, a dress shaped hand towel. The majority of the company’s products are sewn, so it was important to carry that into the design of the website. The hand sewn look was achieved by having “stitched” borders and edges that look as though they were cut with a pair of pinking shears.
